Governors

Governors will include:
- Parents elected by other parents at the school
- Staff elected by their colleagues
- Local Authority representatives
- Co-opted governors
Governors can:
- make a difference to how well the school runs
- see how their efforts help raise standards
- do something positive for the next generation
- serve the local community
- help realise their own potential by learning new skills
Governors are appointed to help:
- with the management and organisation of the curriculum
- with the administration of the school budget
- with the selection and appointment of staff
